I can try to help, but I have some questions and need some more information.

  • I think you said that you used to be able to connect to the myRIO over WiFi (instead of the USB cable), but now you cannot.  Is that correct?
  • You also mentioned reinstalling software, but didn't say what software was installed.
  • What version of LabVIEW were you running previously (when, perhaps, you had working WiFi)?  Please give the year (such as LabVIEW 2021) and whether it was 32-bit or 64-bit.  myRIO software does not work well with all versions of LabVIEW.
  • What version of the myRIO software Toolkit have you installed?
  • Please provide a better picture of the installed software shown by MAX.  The one you attached to your request cut off the version numbers of the packages.

Are you still needing help with your myRIO?  You haven't responded to my last post, asking for more information.  There is a very specific way you need to install LabVIEW software on your PC, and then use the installed software (on the PC) to install the necessary software on the myRIO.  You also need to be careful to not to put the myRIO in a state where it must be reformatted (which generally means you need to send it back to NI).

If you post a reply to this thread, I'll see it and will try to provide more help.
