Did you mean:

The software doesn't detect my ni daq help.

So I was given this. http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/1041, then I dl the software from this site. http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/4240/lang/en.

I open up the software expecting 6070E to show up but it didn't. It did however ask me to "create" but when I click that and select DAQ it takes forever to search. So my conclusion is that my 6070E is not picked up by the software. Can anyone help me on this issue? Am I doing something wrong?

Thanks.

The latest DAQmx supporting PCI-6070E is DAQmx 9.2.2, https://www.ni.com/en/support/downloads/drivers/download.ni-daq-mx.html#288334. Hence, you need to uninstall DAQmx, and install this old version. Unfortunately, DAQmx 9.2.2 supports up to LabVIEW 2010. If you use later LabVIEW version, you also need to downgrade it or updating your DAQ card.

I still didn't detect anything. There's 5 columns when I open the program

data neighborhood

device and interface

scales

software

I go to device and interface -> create -> device and interface -> Network Ni-DAQmx devices. No device found.

Hi,

Some times it helps to reset and refresh your device and interface

Please access the following link and follow the listed steps even if you are not seeing the specific error.
