generate four analog outputs (square wave) using USB-Xseries

I am using a USB X -series with 4 analog outputs channels. I am trying to generate 4 square waves from 4 different channels. Please see attached image for detail. I am fairly new with LabView

I don't think that this post will get many responses in this thread as you are not using ELVIS, myDAQ, or myRIO.  If you could repost this question here:
