why the fgen output so small(0~10mv)

I use ELVIS II,the panel write fgen output 10V max.I direct connect fgen(bnc) to scope(ch0),but the scope show vp-p is 63mv.

Anyone can tell me the reason.

Have you ever try to use oscilloscope to verify the signal you have generated is correct?

So that we are more easy to troubleshoot the problem.
