Actor Framework in NXG

Hi guys,

Had a slow weekend so created a basic AF implementation in NXG.

I've got the essentials running. (nested actors, inheritance, auto-stop, ...) 

Given there is *still* no VI scripting within NXG I tried to be creative with the messaging. ( Don't expect to much)

Feel free to play around with it and don't hold back to sending any feedback.
