Bus communication issue

Hello together,

I would like to ask for your help. We measure position transducer products with CAN communication. We have a returning issue when the program tries to get the baudrate and the BUS communication will be initialised. The program stops with error from module BFF63001 and when we try to restart the measurement we get the same error over and over. Currently the only solution is when we completely turn off the machine and wait 3-5 minutes until the restart. The issue happens randomly (sometimes after 1 products sometimes after 10 products.)

I opened NI-MAX to check if there is a hardwer problem but I found nothing. Here I discovered something strange:

If I click on the ports (marked red on the picture) and I choose "Aktualisieren" (refresh) on by one and I restart the measurement in the End of line tester SW the issue will disappear 90%.

Maybe one of the ports does not answer until I refresh it manually.

Did you meet something similar with your NI devices? What can cause the problem and how could we solve?

I attached a screenshot and the log file of our SW. I'm not an expert an I can just describe my experiences with the system.
