CCP slave device with cRIO / ECU M&C Toolkit

Hi!

I'm triing to get started with the NI 9853 CAN module and the CompactRIO. I have already read simple CAN massages from a bus and wrote CAN massages.

Finally I want to make a CCP slave device with my cRIO. Is there any code, which already exists?

To my other question: Is the ECU M&C Toolkit interoperable with LV 8.5 and the cRIO 9012?

Unfortunately there is no official NI ECU MC (CCP)support for cRIO running VxWorks yet. But we  are working to get it ready until end of next year, hopefully.

I found on NI.com a PCMCIA-CAN device. Maybe I'll use this device with the NI ECU MC. Is the Toolkit interoperable with LV RT 8.5 and the PCMCIA device. Is it possible to use the Toolkit as MASTER on the one hand and as SLAVE on the other? If I use the Toolkit as slave, is it possible to use different A2L files?

Unfortunately the ECU MC Toolkit only supports the master mode. There is currently no Slave mode support implemented.

Not yet.

We plan to release in Q1, but you could install the LV 8.2 support and copy the necessary folders to your LV 8.5 version. A masscompile would compile them to LV 8.5 then.
