Communication with SIEMENS Master Drive

I am trying to communicate with SIEMENS AC Drive via CANBUS using Softing OPC Server (card P/No CAN-ACI-PCI/HW V1.01)

Use LabVIEW Datasocket protocol for communication.

Every time when I start the system, managed to run for few minutes until the VI ceased up.

Any suggestions please.

Hi djaya,

There's not much I can suggest without more information on your system. What software version are you using (LabVIEW, DataSocket)? Do you get any error messages? Have you monitored activitiy with the Server Explorer? Do you lose connection to the server or does the VI just stop logging?

I did come across another forum that describes similar behaviour. Try the suggestions here and let me know how you get on.
