DeviceNet Newbie

I have no experience with devicenet, but am considering implementing it. I have read all the info at AB sight.

I want to use the NI scanner card to drive the network and write any needed software in labview. Is any additional software or hardware (beside power supply and media) necessary?

Thank you for contacting National Instruments.

All you need is one of our Dnet cards and driver. We have example programs in LabVIEW that communicate over Dnet to get you started.
