Devicenet explicit messaging- Attribute?

I am trying to set up an explicit message to communicate with an SEW EUROdrive.  Attached is the explicit message format for the drive-  I do not see how to mesh the labview explicit messge VI with the required formant.  There is no where in the explicit message VI to specify the attribute-  How does the explicit message VI format the message frame?

Please any help is appreciated.

The attribute within a explicit Message read request is normally specified within the DATA. So i guess attribute 4 is represented by h2070. What happens if you execute the example without specifying the attribute ID?
