Is it possible to send same message to the muliple recipents

I am new to CAN. I want to send same message to the multiple recipents through CAN bus  Is it possible  ?  Anything special require or only all receiving nodes filter the messages(it is my guess).

As  i am new to CAN if anybody also suggest a good practical book on CAN implementation with NI card.

Hello,

You can send the same message to multiple nodes, though they cannot be done at the same time. Once the first message is sent change the arbitration id to the other device on the node then send the message again. I am also including a link to our NI-CAN hardware and software manual.
