Is there a way to set up the configuration on the CAN card to do both transmitting and receiving?

Can I set up the CAN card to do both transmitting and receiving? I currently have to close the object (txhandle, or rxhandle) and reconfigure the card everytime I want to switch from sending to receiving, and vice versa. I am using VB 6.0 on Windows 95.

I think you need to configure the CAN-Net for the baud rate etc.
Than you can configure several CAN-Objects with different IDs. Each CAN-Object can be configured to send or to receive.
