NI USB 8473

To All,

Is there a reason why my pc would not read my the ni-usb 8473 even when I install the CAN software?

My ni-usb does work with other pcs.

Hi Cosmica,

Is your device being recognized in device manager or in Measurement and Automation Explorer?  The proper ordering for installation is to install the driver then connect the hardware.   You want to disconnect the device, connect the hardware, restart, then connect the NI US-8473.
