PCI 8512/2 CAN ports synchronization on multiple cards

Hello,

 I have to synchronize CAN ports on multiple PCI 8512/2 CAN cards.

On one port of one of the cards, I have reference signal while on other ports I am doing some measurements simultaneously. I want to synchronize the reference signal with all other measurement. In this way I want to calculate the deviation of the other measurement signals with the reference signal.

any help to find the solution ?
