Problems installing ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit in LabVIEW

Hi-

I have downloaded and installed the evaluation version of the ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit (version 2.1.4). The toolkit does not appear in the LabVIEW (2012 sp1) palette under addons or anywhere else. I opened NI-MAX and it appears under the software tab. The toolkit does not appear on the LabVIEW license manager. Any help getting this to work would be greatly appreiciated.

The ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit (version 2.1.4) doesn't support LV2012. 

Please download the newest version of the ECU Measurement and Calibration Toolkit (version 2.3.1)
