Programmatic Stop of CAN BusMonitor

I have found several KB and forum threads on how to START the CAN BusMonitor process programmatically. Is there a way to STOP the BusMonitor programmatically as well?

Can you please let me know whether you are using NI-CAN or NI-XNET? (including the version) What version of LabVIEW are you using? Also, what is the model number of the CAN hardware? Finally, can you explain your approach to programmatically starting the BusMonitor process and does it work? If you can point me to the link that you referencing that would be great.

NI XNET BusMonitor can be launched by a command line only.

There is no further remote access feature implemented so far.
