Remote Frames in Channel API

Hi.

Is any work put into developing the "send remote frame" into the channel api?
I want to send remote frames with DIAdem and a NI PCI CAN Board, and DIAdem uses the channel API, as far as i know.
Does anyone know other solutions to solve my problem?

thank you for the links. I know that atm i cant send remote frames with the channel api.
That is my question: When will NI program that feature? Its important for the decision whether to use NI Can Cards or Vector.

Maybe in the future, but I can't say a concrete date.
