encounter problem in labview 8.6.1

hi,

i am using  usb CAN module. i am facing a problem with labview 8.6.1. i tried to open the software, it say " a problem has encountered"

 how can i fix this problem?

Hello,

first of all please check in MAX if your USB CAN hardware is detected. If so , try to run the BusMonitor utility.

Can you give some more details and steps to reproduce what you are doing?

Which software are you using?

WHich error do you see? (Error code number)

What are you trying to achieve?

If you are using e.g. LabVIEW  please attach n example VI.
