nican.dll error

Hello!
I have been working with PCMCIA CAN/2 and Labview but now when i reinstall the NI-CAN software for Windows i receive the error : error loading nican.dll. Why? How can I solve it? I try to reinstall but i obtain the same message.Thanks

Which version of the NI-CAN drivers do you have installed? When NI-CAN 2.0 is installed on a system and NI-Spy is deselected, starting MAX will result in an error message: "Error loading nican.dll. The specified module could not be found". However, all NI-CAN 2.0 related files are installed in the correct locations. The same happens, if NI-Spy is uninstalled, but an already installed NI-CAN 2.0 is still on the system. In order to fix this issue, rerun the NI-CAN 2.0 installer and install NI-Spy or install NI-Spy 1.5.1f2 (or higher from any other source)
