cut ECG sample data

hi guys,

i need some help.

how can i cut ECG sample data into portion (in time duration) so that i can just test the portion i'm interested of.

fyi, i already download few sample ECG data from MIT-BIH but the data is too long, about 30 minutes.

the sample data consist of normal heartbeat as well abnormal heartbeat

i just want to test the abnormal one with the algorithm.

Hi Nur,

You may use Extract portion pallette in the express panel to extract a particular portion of the signal.

Hi nurlaila,

You can also use Array Subset to extract a subset of your data array. Here is a community example that shows how to do this:

This example uses cursors on the graph to select the portion of data you want to extract.
