I do the same thing.  Just say "I'm a rocket scientist."  It's just like saying "I do robots."

I Do not explian what I do-   I try to tell them how what I do witll help them, 

I am not hungary and my familiay eats "tasty: food" every day (most days they eat "tasty food" multiple times)
