Manu,

Your image is not showing up.  Just a box with a red X.  As I said in the thread that Ray linked to, don't host images on a 3rd party website.  (In your case it is a google India site that apparently is accessible to us.)  Attach your file to a message in the images thread on the NI website and link to that.

And now that users have an image library, you can store the image there and have your link point to the file location in your image library.
