NI AVATAR Page suggests -" If necessary, go to your Image Gallery (the link is on your profile page) and upload a new image".

Attaching the screenshot of "My Profile" in my NI Website and I don't see a place where I can upload images.

No.  That is the profile page at the top level ni.com website.  You want to go to your Discussion Forums profile.

In the forums, click on your user name.  You go to a page that gives a summary of your activity.  To the upper right it will say "Images for manumohannair".  Click on the "View Images for manumohannair" link.  Now you will see a link to Add Images.

I try to keep up with all the latest messages in the Breakpoint board.  Even in the Indians thread, there have been some interesting conversations here and there where I have participated.  I've never been to India (so far).  But my company does have an engineering center in Pune and I am in contact with some of our engineers there from time to time on different projects.  There is always a chance some day in the future I may need to travel there.  But since our home office is here in Baltimore, the Indian engineers tend to visit us more often than our engineers go to visit them.
