Using Gmail account for NI forum notification is a good idea. I use a yahoo account, and yesterday was the worst explosion (I use folder filters to redirect some obvious mails to their categories), and I also do not expect SPAMS in my inbox, still yesterday it almost exploded. Today is a bit better. Using Gmail is a good idea, because, all the new mails with same subject will be grouped into one mail thread, where as in Yahoo, it shows each one separately.

Every customer is different so we have to be dynamic but what I have learned from serving customers for more than thirty years is to "play my cards face up" as i hope I have demonstrated on these forums.

Ben,

I think that is the best way when you have an option and brand value to back up. People listen then. Sadly that is what I felt. A startup with no project to show, the only thing you do is to try getting that order and get it behind your back.

Been ther edone that!

I really wanted to get into Physics but being an non-traditional student (got my BS at age 40) I was having trouble landing a job in the physics labs. After camping out on the floor in front of one of the professors office, I agreed to work for free! The next term I was offered a payed position in another lab (where I was introduced to LV).

In the long run it was worth it!

So, when are you getting retirement from the field? Smiley Happy  Or have you planned for one at least...

Please forgive me if this offends you as per US culture.

As per Indian culture, early retirement is the fashion nowadays. Smiley Wink
