Yeah,The rule is really strange and MCC should re-look into it. But his comment towards that was really cool,taking it as obvious response from any bowler. That guy is different.

Yes. Thats why the rule is said to be strange. 
Even though the no-ball is counted against the balls faced by the batsman, the runs scored by him in a no-ball are not counted against his score.
