Jeff, some very scary stuff indeed.  Very glad to hear that Sarah is making what sounds to be an extraordinary recovery.  A true gift for the season.  Will keep both of you in our thoughts and prayers.

I and the LMB are grateful for your well wishes.  Again, she is home recovering remarkably well and is expected to regain full health (with a few scars to remind us of the excellant staff we were blessed by)

Thank you

P.S. you cant post with the word "em e dee eye cee ay calll"  in the text.  I don't get that?

Jeff,

That is definitely scary! So glad everything has gone well for Sarah. I'll be praying for her this morning for continued healing.

Also, you can't post the term "medical" because we added it to our ban list after the massive spam attack of medical posts earlier this year. Sorry for the inconvenience, but I hope to never have that happen again!

Jeff, all the best to your wife.

These things are scarier than any software bugs you can ever encounter. There is a race condition between progression and treatment and thankfully the treatment won.

I am glad to hear she's doing well!

You must be reeling from that roller coaster. I wish your family the best during her recovery.

It may not be appropriate, but my compliments to LMB for being stronger than a disease that serious. It scared me enough just looking at the wikipedia page (*shudder*); I can't imagine going through that.

Thank goodness for the positive outcome Jeff, please let her know that your group of sometimes cranky nerds is thinking of her and happy that she is home and relatively intact.

Ditto...  I was speechless after reading that page.  Didn't know what to say.  "Scarry" doesn't seem to describe it.

I'm glad Sarah is recovering well.

Wow what a turn around!

Same parents? If so, teach them to play gin-rummy or pick-up a new hobby.

I have another due in May so I hope to be close behind.
