Saw that too.  But it doesn't seem to be a new forum.  They seem to be filters for the existing forum based on tags applied to the messages.

NXG comes up empty.   Click on LabVIEW and the 2nd newest message is dated  March 26, 2016.

Hi Blokk, RavensFan,

Nice catch! We actually just made these changes only an hour ago. In support of the newly available products -- LabVIEW 2017 and LabVIEW NXG 1.0 -- we are now asking users in the LabVIEW board to indicate whether their post is about LabVIEW or LabVIEW NXG when they create a new topic. There will only be one LabVIEW board, but the usage of labels will all allow users to browse topics only for LabVIEW or new topics only for LabVIEW NXG. Also, we plan to retroactively apply the LabVIEW label to older topics, so that when clicking on the LabVIEW label you will find more content.

Please let us know if you have any questions or feedback.

Thanks,

Lili

When you retroactively do what ever, please ensure that the posts do not all get marked as unread.

Retroactively adding the LabVIEW label should not make the posts register as new or unread.

Under http://www.ni.com/en-gb/shop/labview/labview-nxg.html there is no download link. Neither I could see an entry for NXG in the NI Package Manager. It only shows NXG Tech Preview (I had the tech preview installed previously on my PC).

After cutting down live trees, you will often get a lot of shoots coming up from the stump that are supple, fast growing and very lively.

So I have added a new hobby to my collection, "Braiding trees" and shaping them to my liking. My better-half was very pleased to find the natural arbor that now covers the upper pond and the seat next to same.

These sculptures are nice when you see them first hand but are hard to share good images of them since they look like a thick growth of trees. But looking out from the tunnel that is the main entrance to the our garden in the woods...

... the sky provides enough contrast to be able to see the archway.

Given enough time, some subtle directing of branches along with some strategic pruning here and there, I can envision a fairy garden fit for Lothlorian.

An article from Physics Today speaks of congress and EMP related topics.

Protecting the electrical grid would take the most devastating form of TEOTWAWKI (the end of the world as we know it) off the table and save me at $10K I plant to invest in steam engines, casting, and boilers.... if they act before I order the stuff.

I created the above diagram to illustrate how the various forms of disasters can or will affect the spare time that people have In this article on Mainstream Preppers I try to compare the various forms of TEOTWAWKI and how they are related and differ from my minds eye. I feel that "spare time" (time available to person beyond time required to live) is related to the level of comfort and luxury we have in our daily lives.

Uhh, it's more than 48 °C, that is crazy! We have this week in this part of Germany around 36... it is already too much for me. I am really happy for my "cave" (suterene) in such summer times, nice and cool, no need for AC system to waste energy. Well, Hobbits were very smart folks! 🙂

ps: i read somewhere that it might happen in 3-4 generations that the southern European countries will become practically inhabitable, at least to our European standards.

I had read the same thing back in the 70's ...

Spoiler

but is was supposed to be a global ice-age.

Interpolation works rather well, extrapolation is another matter all together.

I can not even get a decent forecast for what the weather will be more than five days out let alone 4 generations.

George Carlin used to do "The Hippy Dippy Weatherman" where he would predict that "tomorrow would start out dark and then gradually get lighter, ..."

Those were the days.. when weather reports included isobar maps and relative humidity. Long gone now.
