LOL!!
I have a new definition to offer.
If they (animal/human) can hold a mouse and use LabVIEW, they have arms and hands.
If what used to be an arm or a hand was cut-off, then it is a stump.
If there is an artificial (bionic) limb which replaces the original ones, then they have hands and arms again.
If they can clap their hands to applaud well written code, then they have both arms and hands.
If they can clap their hooves (spell?) then we'll pretend that they do have arms.

Those animals are all considered Quadrupeds which by definition have 4 Legs . A leg being defined as a limb that both supports the body and is used for locomotion.
I guess a lot of Spring Breakers are quadrupeds.

Exotic dancers would also be quadrupeds...
Maybe that explains why they are such wild animals.. 😄
LOL!

Ray.R,
I'm starting to get a much clearer picture of just where you went for lunch!

So if a gorilla walks on all 4 limbs, it's a quadruped? It would follow from your definition of leg.
Do people start as quadrupeds and become bipeds as they grow up?

I guess it depends on whether a gorilla has ankles.
