I choose football/soccer icon because i am a huge fan and also plays in my campus team.

I chose my avatar because I am a newbie concerning LabVIEW and most times I am rather clueless.

which is why I chose this creepy green I try to eat my own head thingy.

Perhaps it will evolve someday into something that spams wisdom like crazy!

But on the other hand, it could succeed in eating its head 😄

Well, there's a little story about it: when we transitioned from the old Developer's Exchange to the new forum where we could choose an icon, I was already feeling so good here that I choose to use my photo instead of an image (the only forum and community I participate in where I did so).

Additionally, I always feel better if I can associate a face to the name of the people I collaborate with: if somebody has my same feeling here he/she can find my ugly face

I got lazy and looked through the defaults icons. I liked the sunset since it reminded me of sailing. I should really look at putting in a custom icon.

I think we should all try to come up with seasonal icons.

I have the GIMP Animation Package so I'll try to build an animated icon. Always trying something new to extend my abilities.
