CSLUG March 2025

Hi All,

Hold the date! 25th March we will be at our new venue hosted by NI in Theale and Yottavolt will be sponsoring lunch for us. I hope to get the registration link up soon but in the meantime, let me know if you have anything you would be interested in presenting on (or that you would like to hear from someone else)

I have a presentation that I did a few years ago to UKTAG (about 10 to 15mins runtime) on setting up CI/CD for LabVIEW and TestStand with Atlassian Bamboo that I'd be happy to present.

The caveat with it would be that some of the info in it may be out of date, and I have no access to an existing Bamboo server to update the content.

I could give a demonstration of using the DETT tool to identify and reduce the amount of copying.  I'd go through the various places that LabVIEW makes copies and how to prevent them.

I have VISA SCPI emulated - so no longer a design concept! Very happy with this design now.

Still a few things to add.

Hi everyone!

Just a week to go! I'll send through directions in the next day or two on how to find the room we will be in at NI.

@drjdpowellthat sounds excellent as well if you are still happy to do that. I'll try and get an agenda out soon. Do you have a preference on length? Same question to you @swatts

If anyone hasn't registered yet, please make sure you register on eventbrite as I will be passing those numbers through for space and food!

This is still pretty ugly but...

See the agenda as well as something else I've been working on at https://www.cslug.org.uk/events/march-2025/ 🙂

(If your curious about how it is working, it is all open source at https://github.com/WiresmithTech/cslug)
