Oh my god, that was tramautising. I finally found the phone number that I can call. In case anyone in UK needs it for the future, PSI support line 02038850911. All numbers they provided on the webste are American numbers. I got in the exam at the end, like an hour or so.
The Exam check is very quick as I did it in the meeting room. A bit of delay when drag the vi around, not cut off. I press ctrl +w once by mistake, and it prompt said are you sure you want to close. I click no and it didn't close the window, which is good.
The invigilator is a machine I think, It can only answer certain question depending on how you phrase it. I talked to the invigilator out loud once and asked when the exam finish, and the monitor jumps out a warning said don't talk out loud.
Overall the experience is okay. Just the first half an hour is very stressful when I cannot find anyone to help.

Oh my god that was traumatising. After I search for on line help, phone the number they provided and post on the forumn, I finally found a number to call on the google. Just in case anyone from UK needs it:02038850911. Very nice gentleman supported me all the way till I connected.
The exam checks in is quite straight forwards, maybe because I did the exam in the meeting room, nothing much around.
There is a bit of lag for dragging window around in the exam. I am using broadband line connection, so there should be no problem from my end. However, I am quite happy that there was not a cut off during exam. I accidently press ctrl + w in the exam, and it had a warning window said are you sure you wannt quit. That is quite good, so I quickly click no.
You are not allowed to talk to the invigilator. I ask him/her for a question, and I got a warning said no allow to talk out loud. The invigilator must be a computer, because I ask when the exam finish and it said it doesn't know the question, I need to cope with the exam myself.
Overall the exam is okay, but the first bit of connection problem is stressful. I hope they supply UK support hotline int the email they reminded me about the exam, rather than googling it myself.
