This looks suspiciously like homework.
Perhaps you should provide your opinion first for others to expand upon?

I don't know the origin of all of these questions but several I have seen on the practice CLAD, or CLD-R exams. I'll admit there are some that I don't know with 100% certainty. Lets see if I can put in my answers.
A) E - Code is not generated there is no scripting.
B) 1 - Poor question as a state machine could be a valid solution, and I'm not sure a Simple or General VI is defined as anything specific, is is a subjective answer if these terms aren't defined.
C) 4 - You can have as many controls as you want but might have no inputs terminals on the VI.
D) 4 - Not sure, but I've never heard of a Modular Node.
E) 2
F) 2 - Not really sure I don't use units
G) 2 - Again I don't use units
H) 1? - Again I don't use units
I) 5 - Never used the full but I assume it can make a polymorphic
J) 7 - Never used the basic but I assume it can make a polymorphic
K) 11
L) 2 - But by definition an instrument that doesn't exist could also be a virtual instrument. Poor question.
M) 13 - Again I assume other editions can make polymorphic VIs but I've only ever used professional.

If those are CLAD questions, what a waste of time. Those questions don't prove anything about your ability to code in a language. That's like asking you to tell what day of the week that the Declaration of Independence was signed. Who cares?

A few more questions:
1. What color was George Washington's white horse?
2. In what year did the War of 1812 take place?
Get those right and you can be a qualified, certified history teacher.

I haven't taken the exam, but knowing NI, I know that these aren't questions on the exam. I was being a litle facetious to show the obsurdity of the question.

I have absolutelly seen some of these on example CLAD exams several years ago. I taught a LabVIEW class at a local college and used them for a couple quizes. A quick search found at least one of the questions on an example exam, but several others I believe I've seen before too.
