Astronics PXIe-2461 LabVIEW Driver

Hello, I am working with two test systems, each has an Astronics PXIe-2461. One of them works properly, the other one is recognized in MAX, can be initialized, configured, but no output is detected. The read command always times out. There are no blinking lights as on the working one. When one power cycles the system, the lights breifly come on but the off. Running the LabVIEW driver self test one can her clicking and result is passed. Any ideas on how/what to troubleshoot?

What is the result of swapping the cards between test systems?

Does the issue seem to follow the card?

Yes, it follows the card. We swapped and got the same results.
