The oldest supported LabVIEW version is 8.0
There is two options for the drivers: project style and plug and play. Since in LabVIEW 7.1 doesn't support projects, I suggest to use the LLB style plug and play driver.
I made for you a version conversion from 8.0 to 7.1. See the attachement.
But the MNU file, which puts the VIs into the LabVIEW palette cannot be not converted. So you can use the VIs, as they are and if needed you can put them into the palette manually.
I don't take the responsiblility if it doesn't work since we support the driver only from LabVIEW 8.0, and only the project style driver.
However I hope it will work for you.
You need to have installed NI-VISA 3.2 or newer.
