How to build a duration counter between events

Hi

Im learning LabView and have to do this exam:

1. Turn on LED A, then turn on LED B .

2. Turn on Beep then turn off Beep ( How to make beep in VI ?).

3. Count duration time in 1 or 2 (about 100-1000ms).

I use LabView 8.6.

4. How to start "Tic count" function by a control?

5. How to build "Run Button" instead of Run Toolbar.

6. How to build a project to *.exe that when it run the front panel will not appear the menu and toolbar 

Please help.
