The PCI-6602 is our fastest counter/timer device. It's timebase is 80 MHz but you can increase the maximum source frequency and sampling frequency of the 6602 up to 125 MHz when using prescalers. Unfortunately, this won't meet your 150 MHz specification, but you can go faster than 80 MHz with the PCI-6602. I have linked a document below that explains how prescalers work. I hope this helps. Have a great day.
How Does Prescaling Allow My Counter to Count a Signal That Is Faster Than the Maximum Timebase of the Counter? http://digital.ni.com/public.nsf/websearch/16AA67C3B87449CEC1256C690059B8BB?OpenDocument
ok, not exactly what you want, but you may take a look at guidetech's pci gt658 board: http://www.jitter.com it can do 400 MHz on 2 channels, comes with labview+cvi support.
