Matching encoder with motion controller

Can the PCI-7332 be used with an encoder having single-ended output? If so, how?

All of the encoder inputs of the PCI-7332 are single ended.  Take a look at chapter 5 of the following manual for an explanation of the encoder inputs and how to wire them.  It says 7330, but this is also the manual for the 7332.
