NI 9361 enabling pull up labview property node

Using The DAQmx Channel Property Node, I do not see the options that are listed in the NI article NI 9361 Will Not Enable Differential or Pull-Up Resistor Mode - NI

I cannot figure out why I am not able to set the pull up resistor/logic level behavior as shown in that article. What am I missing?

Make sure you are adding your 9361 to the physical channels input of DAQmx Create Channels VI as well. Otherwise, the property node might filter out the unsupported properties.

Yes, I was able to find the logic level behavior option once I replaced the channel input on the block diagram. 

Now I need to figure out what else is wrong, because It is still not counting correctly. I have a device that uses a hall effect sensor. When I spin it with my hand, I get nonsense counts.
