Sampling rate of Pressure sensor

The code attached shows an encoder triggering the pressure sensor on A pulse. Encoder has 1000pulse per rev. I am able to trigger the sensor, but I finding it dificult to sample it with respect to the encoder. I am assuming the Pressure sensor (Mod 6 ai0) acquires data with respect to the loop. I wish to have the sensor acquire data with respect to the encoder A pulse.
Can someone suggest me something?
