Slew Rate Test Inquiry

I'm looking into the possibility of using a direct measurement of our test part which has a 2000V/us slew rate. I was planning to use Pxie 6571 to measure directly the device. I've seen the vector timing below, and I'm not sure if this would be helpful to what I'm trying to achieve, because I saw some spec of the resource pointing that it can only function to 250MHz.

I wasn't able to see any slew rate information for Pxie 4162 which will provide the input signal for this. Will I have any details that the pxie exceeds the target slew rate for the part of 2000V/us.

What do you intend to test or measure?

When something is not mentioned in the hardware specifications, it means it is not something guaranteed.

I'm trying to measure the slew rate (the time it takes for a device to reach 90% from 10% of it's expected output voltage) of our device that has 2kV/us. The part is expect to provide an output voltage of 8V within 4ns.

I saw a spec vector of 38fs (attached previously), I'm assuming this is the fastest I was wondering if I could use this to measure the slew rate of the part. I saw some specs in the ni gp3 capping at 250MHz which tells me that it can measure every 4ns (if this is the case it will not work isnce it is limited with the resolution, and I will not find the actual time - first 4ns shows 0V, next 4ns shows 8V, this is not a good resolution).

I would also need to know if the input voltage is fast enough to exercise the test (for pxie 4162), anything slower than 4kV/us would not be enough to exercise the spec of the DUT.

I hope that this helps with my initial inquiry.
