The counter/timer pallets for Labview 8?

Having just installed Labview 8 I cannot install the couter/timer pallets I used to work with in LV 6.1 can anybosy give me a pointer on how to proceed?

When you installed version 8, the likelihood is that you also upgraded the version of NI-DAQ at the same time.

Thus you may only now be able to access the DAQmx pallette rathern that the NI-DAQ 6.X, XX functions that you are probably used to.

Hi Gerald-
 
You will need to installed the Traditional NI-DAQ (Legacy) 7.4.1 driver in order to see the NI-DAQ counter palettes in LabVIEW 8.0.  After you install the driver the palettes will be visible as shown here:
