Hi,
I'm using an encoder that gives 1800 pulses per revolution and a would like to logg my analog signals at every encoderpulse? Has anyone a solution to this?

You don't say what hardware you have but in principle look at the
'Acquire N Scans Digital Trigger VI' and connect the encoder to the RTSI line.
The rate of 1800 pulses per revolution could be good fun though depending on the rotational rate.
