Hi

I am trying build an auto-correlator using PCI-6602, BNC-2121and LabVIEW8.5. I am using the "buffered period measurement" function of the PCI 6602. I acquire data in packets of 1000 samples and then append it to an array. i have a problem with the first point of every 1000 points, which is generally shifted (the shift is random). i m sure that it is not the problem with my experimental set-up, since i checked it with a known gate signal. if any one of u think that there is a better way to do it. pls suggest me.

thanks

sathish.
