error -200279 in continuos quad encoder poisition measurement

I'm acquiring position data from two quadratic encoder, and one of them serves as the signal source for rpm measurement. The poisition measurement timebase source is a divided down pulse train generated by the encoder. All the tasks are continous, the timeout for rpm task is limited for 10 sec, but unlimited for position measuring tasks. If the tested drive stops, I receive a timeout message, but starting the drive again leads to disappearing error message. At the same time, I receive an error message -200279 fom the position measuring task wich some times remains, some time disappears stochastically. The message states that some samples may be overwritten. It is not clear, while the drive is stopped, there is no sampling clock for the position measuring counter, how can it happen, that some of the samples are overwritten?

I'm not sure I understand your application. Can you post some example code?

Here I send a part of code. I have a PXI platform, a 6624 counter bord, and a 6280 DAQ. The counter of DAQ is used as clock divider. The task setup parts are annexed as well
