Controlling new files .txt arrival

Hello,

There is some option with dasylab for controling the files .txt arrivals?

Actually my program in Dasylab use files that arrive by local-net to my computer each 4, 5 or 6 seconds. The program read this file every 5 seconds but the problem is that sometimes the file .txt arrives at the same moment that Dasylab tries to open this file and the program stops.

I would like to open this file .txt only when it has already arrived.

DASYLab doesn't have that kind of programming control. You would need to write your own program with LabVIEW, where you can check if the file exists before opening it.
