This is a new crash to me.... I am not sure what to suggest, other than to contact your DASYLab reseller directly.
In earlier versions, there was a bug associated with settings in the DASYLab.ini file. When you remove the program, please go to the shared DASYLab folder and remove all *.INI file, especially the DASYLab.ini. Also, ensure that the DASYLab folder in the Program Files group is completely deleted.
Before deleting them, can you make a backup of the files? Maybe zip them before deleting. Then try reinstalling. If this works, we need to see your *.INI files.
Were you opening a worksheet directly, or just the main DASYLab program?

Hi CJ.
We purchased the software from you directly instead of through a reseller. The main DASYLab program will not open.
I uninstalled DASYLab and the DASYLab drivers as well as deleting the shared DASYLab folder and the Program Files DASYLab and DASYLab Support Drivers folders. I reinstalled DasyLab, but it still will not launch from the icon or from clicking on the DASYLab application file in the program files directory.
Attached are the zipped files from the shared folder.

I determined that AVG 9.0 was interfering with our DASYLab application. In the AVG resident shield settings I ignored the DASYLab Application and DASYLab paths to the shared documents and program files. Then the reinstall of DASYLab was successful and I was able to open the program.
Thank you.
