Dasylab 7.0 Full Version RS232 output module

Is it possible using Dasylab to send text message to a pager with the RS232 output module to a modem, i have already called a phone with the RS232 output module by using this example of a string ATDT5556781234\r i need to know if i can send text with this string if possible, i have a file attachment of a print screen setup.

I'm not sure what you mean by the "RS232 output module". If this is a NI part, then could you please specify the part or serial number. If it's not a NI part, then you may want to contact DASYTEC. Here is their contact info:

We're already addressing this question with you directly, but for the forum:

Generally, DASYLab does not have specific modem support. You can use the general purpose RS232 Output module to control the modem, but most modem features are not easy to support using the general settings. This is a known limitation of the software - that it does not have a "dial pager via modem" or "autodialer" module.

Marcus... thanks for answering, but the question was pretty specifically DASYLab! The RS232 Output module is a feature of the DASYLab software. Please note that the correct contact information has changed!
