Hello - there is nothing to configure related to this module. All DAQ series modules have a +/-5V output, so just be sure that the input channel that it is connected to is set to that range, or the scaling will not match.
If you are using LabVIEW, this is easy to implement.
If you are using DASYLab, then you can obtain a DLL from Dewetron that creates a DEWE-MODULES menu in DASYLab, then you can drop an icon onto the worksheet and connect it up. DAQP series modules are controllable via RS232 commands, so you can automate everything. As mentioned, this is built into the Dasylab DLL. This function is also built into Dewetron's DEWESoft turn-key acquisition software.
So it really comes down to which software you will be using for your acquisition.
