How can I identify which action which triggers a relay ?

I have a Dasylab program with a lot of modules.

There are some relays which are triggered by an actionmodule.

No I have to alter something and can't identify the action which triggers the relay ?

Look at the Options menu, Overview of Actions. That can be sorted various ways... by action, event, receiver, etc.
