How do I record while averaging data?

I'm using (2) DT 9826's for 32 channels of data acquisition.

The modules are synced and record 1 second of data on a negative sloped TTL.

This is my current configuration:

[DAQ 1] > [Alignment 1] > [Multiplexer 1] >

                                                                     [Write Data] > [Stop]

[DAQ 2] > [Alignment 2] > [Multiplexer 2] >

It works for 1 run, but I want to have the process repeat 10 times and average all of the data points per iteration. How can I do this?

Left of Multiplexer 1/2 include Average modules -- interval structure is 'cumulative'.
